Last two days scared Gwalior Zoo; eight birds died of infection !

Gwalior: In the last 48 hours, infection leads the eight birds to be killed in Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior Zoo. In the rouse of reports of birds flu from some areas of the Country, defensive measures have been taken in the Zoo as well as the samples have been hurled to the veterinary hospital for examination.

Recently, Delhi government has closed the National Zoological Park, situated in Delhi on the temporary basis, as it has reported new cases of deaths of pelican birds.

At around in the last 48 hours, 100 samples have been gathered from Ghaziapur which includes, Okhala Bird Sanctuary, Najafgarh drain, Yamuna Biodiversity park and the Central Park in Hauz Khas and has been delivered to the expertise Regional Disease Diagnostic Laboratory in Jalandhar.
