We all are aware of that laughing is a natural process. Whenever someone is mentally stressed then laughing is best option to do right! As our bodies have a stress hormone called adrenaline which becomes active in our bodies when we do stress. If the amount of adrenaline hormone increases in the body, then panic increases, which can sometimes cause a headache, migraine, constipation, an increase in sugar levels.
