Ingredients for making gourd's raita-
3 cups of water
1/2 cup gourd, pumpkin
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup plain yoghurt
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp black salt
green coriander

Method of making gourd raita - First of all take water in a pan and put the grated gourd in it. Now turn on the gas and cook the gourd well. Now add salt and mix well and take out the water from the gourd. After this, take plain curd and add the cooked gourd to it now.
