These days Gupta Navratri is going on. In such a situation, people think about eating something good and making it for fasting. Now today we have brought recipe for gourd and Khoya flavored pudding. Let's tell you today.

Ingredients: 1 kg grated gourd, 50 grams fresh mawa (khoya), 2 tablespoons ghee, 150 grams sugar, loaf spoon cardamom powder and 2-3 saffron flakes.

Method: For this, first put ghee in a pan and fry any gourd lightly and keep it aside. Now pour some water in the pan, then add sugar. Now when the sugar dissolves completely, add roasted gourd and stir. After that, when the sugar water is completely exhausted and the syrup looks thick, then add mawa and stir it. Now add cardamom powder and stir it well for 2-3 minutes. After this, now mash the saffron and burr the top. So, Gourd and Khoya flavored halwa is ready for you. You can eat this halwa during fasting days, which is very beneficial from health point of view.
