All of you must know that in the 2017 Assembly elections in Goa, Congress had won the highest number of 17 seats in the 40-member Assembly while the BJP had won 13 seats. Over the years, the number of Congress MLAs in the Assembly has come down to five and many of its MLAs have joined the BJP.
