Ajmer, On friday, Law officer Ajay Godhara visited the JLN hospital and questioned the doctors of department of paediatrics. The officer inspected ground facilities in neonatal ward and functioning of different OPDs in the hospital.

Till now, total of 9 children had died in the Sick Newborn Care Unit (SNCU) ward of the hospital.

P C Verma, superintendent, JLN hospital, said, "An official from the court visited the hospital us and enquired into the deaths of newborns. We submitted to him all the documents required". 

He further added, that officer took the names and addresses of parents of children died and papers pertaining to the treatment administered to the deceased children with him. 

Additional district magistrate Kishore Kumar is keeping an eye on the complaints registered at control room.
