1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 onion, 1 capsicum, 1 carrot, 1 teaspoon vinegar, and salt as desired. 2 teaspoons oil, little water, chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 spoon black pepper, and 1 spoon soy sauce
1-To make veg momos, first sift the flour in a vessel. After sifting, add a little salt to it and mix it well. Now add water little by little and knead it softly like flour. When your dough is ready, keep it covered for some time.
2: Now chop all the vegetables finely. Put the pan on the gas. Now put some oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, add the ginger-garlic paste and fry it. Now add the chopped onions and fry them.
3: When the onion turns pink, add all the chopped vegetables to it. When it is cooked well, add soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, salt, and green coriander to it and mix well. Now take the pan off the heat.
4—Now make small balls of the dough that you have already kneaded; now take one ball and roll it into a thin poori.
5 Now put the pre-prepared mixture in this poori, close it, and give it the shape of a momo. Similarly, prepare all the momos.
6: When all your momos are ready, put some water in a big utensil and put it on the gas; when the water becomes hot enough, then put a steel strainer in it. Now put all the momos on this strainer. And put a lid on top. By doing this, your momos will be cooked with steam. After steaming for a while, turn off the gas and take out all the momos and serve them hot.
