Leftover rice - 1 cup
Carrot - 1
Potatoes - boiled - 2
Beans - 2
Capsicum - 1 small
Green Onion - 1
Garlic - 1 teaspoon grated
Green chili - 1 teaspoon finely chopped
Coriander - 2 tablespoons finely chopped
Corn floor - 3 tablespoons
White sesame - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Method of preparation: To make pakoras from the remaining rice, firstly chop all the vegetables finely. Then put a pan on the gas and add oil to it. Then fry garlic and onion in it. After this add all the chopped vegetables and cook them for a while. After this add salt and pepper to these vegetables and let them cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the gas and keep the vegetables aside to cool. Add rice, corn flour, potatoes and coriander to this cooked vegetable and mix it well. After this, take this paste in your hands and make balls. Fry these balls in oil till they become golden. Fry on medium heat till golden. Your remaining rice pakoras are ready. Serve with hot sauce.
