New Delhi: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has once again launched the 'Mukhyamantri TirthYatra Yojana' after a long wait of 2 years. The train was flagged off from Delhi's Safdarjung railway station to Ayodhya. 'Under this scheme, 1000 devotees will be taken to Ayodhya', cm Arvind Kejriwal said.

Arvind Kejriwal himself flagged off the train. He said the pilgrimage plan had come to a halt due to the corona epidemic, but now the corona has stopped to a great extent. But there is panic across the country over the new variant Omicron. Arvind Kejriwal himself had written to PM Modi asking him to immediately stop international flights which were scheduled to start on December 15. But now the same Kejriwal has started his Ayodhya pilgrimage in view of the turmoil in the UP elections.

While the Kejriwal government is patting iton the back over the pilgrimage, the opposition has cornered the Delhi government on the issue. Delhi BJP spokesperson Harish Khurana questioned the pilgrimage plan and said that on the one hand CM Arvind Kejriwal is writing to PM Narendra Modi on the new variant Omicron of Corona. At the same time, the elderly are risking their lives by playing with their health. Khurana tweeted that it was good to send you but could it not have been postponed by 3-4 months in view of the electoral Hindu Kejriwal ji Karona?
