The court sentenced Ravinder Kumar, serial killer of rape and murder of minor girls, to life imprisonment after finding him guilty in the case of kidnapping, murder and physical assault of a 6-year-old child. The accused is a resident of Uttar Pradesh. The police had also argued before the Additional Sessions Judge of the Rohini court that Ravinder was notorious as a psychopathic murderer and had raped and murdered more than 30 minor girls between 2008 and 2015. The court has said that the police have been successful in proving the crime of kidnapping, murder and physical assault of a six-year-old girl against the accused.
