Shimla: Right now the rainy season is going on in the country. Shimla and Kullu city received rains on Tuesday morning amid Yellow alert in Himachal. After the onset of monsoon, there is light snow in the high peaks of Kullu and Lahaul-Spiti with 13050 feet high Rohtang Pass. When the rain continues in the lower parts of the valley from late Monday night. The risk of landslides and stones falling due to rain has increased more.

However, the movement of vehicles along Rohtang on the main roads of the city is going on in a normal way. Farmers and gardeners have expressed happiness over the rain. This rain will make the apple shape very good. The color will also be great in the apple. Rainfall in the valley is also considered to be excellent for maize, pulses, and vegetables. The Meteorological Department has forecast the weather to be bad for the next three days.

The district administration has issued an alert and asked people to keep the distance from the river drains. The police department has requested not to drive vehicles in the night in view of the risk of landslides on about 12 sensitive roads. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of maximum rainfall and storm in the state today. The weather is expected to remain bad throughout the state till 26 July. That rain has created a pleasant atmosphere all around.
