English actress and singer-songwriter Lily Rose Beatrice Allen. She is the daughter of filmmaker Alison Owen and actor Keith Allen. According to Lily Allen, she just received an attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) diagnosis while visiting the US. Although the actress acknowledged that the ailment "kind of runs in my family," she insisted that she had only recently been given the news.

She indicated that she was not startled by the diagnosis and that she could identify with many of the characteristics shared by individuals with ADHD who battle with symptoms including impulsivity, irresponsibility, and a short attention span.

Lily said, “I’ve had to completely switch off social media because as soon as I look at it, it can be hours of my day gone.”

Allen also said that she was not startled by her diagnosis. Allen resides with her husband, Stranger Things actor David Harbour, and her two daughters, Ethel and Marnie. A little bit of my family has it. And only because I live in America, where these issues are treated a little more seriously than in England, did I receive the diagnosis.’’I went to see someone and they said: ‘Have you ever thought about this?’ And I said: ‘Well, yes I have.’’

Although continuing to write music, Lily has no intentions to put out any new albums because of how "isolating" being a solo artist can be. "I genuinely love writing music," she declared. I just don't want it to be overly autobiographical or about myself in particular. I'm too delicate to handle the consequences. I don't want to expose myself as much anymore.
