Lucknow: A video of a liquor party being held at The Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) in Uttar Pradesh has gone viral. In this video, some lawyers are seen having a liquor party. It is being told that this video is from AMU's Old Boy Building. After getting information about this, the students of the university created a ruckus on Wednesday (December 21). The students have also complained to the university administration and the police about this.

According to the report, lawyers had organized a party before the Aligarh Bar Association elections. The party was held at the AMU Old Boy Building. During this party, alcohol was served openly. It is being told that this party was going on when some students of AMU reached there and caught the lawyers red-handed drinking on the university campus. After this, the students created a ruckus. These students made a video of the whole incident and made it viral. The video went viral so much that there was a stir on the campus.

Dr. Sharma, a former district media in charge of the BJP and a student of AMU, has reacted sharply to the video of a liquor party in the Old Boys Department of the university and wrote a letter to the Proctor and Vice Chancellor of AMU, asking them to take strict action. Dr. Sharma further said that such incidents have happened in the AMU campus in the past, but no action has been taken by the administration. This incident is highly condemnable, the way alcohol is being consumed is very unfortunate. He demanded strict legal action against all those involved.
