Tomatoes - 4 (300 gms)
Potato Boiled Potatoes) - 3
Oil: 3 tsp
Grated Ginger - 2 inches
Garlic (chopped): 2 pic
Salt - 1/2 tsp (taste recommended)
Green Coriander - 1/2 cup

Recipe :

First of all, cut the brinjals slightly from the middle. Then add some oil to it so that it peels well after cooking. Then put the gas on a stand and cook it on low heat. Also, put oil in tomatoes and put it to cook, after a while turn it over and let it cook on the other side. Our brinjals and tomatoes are almost ready after cooking.

Then peel it off with the help of a knife or a spoon. Then add boiled potatoes in it and mix all the three chisels with a well. Then add ginger, garlic, salt, coriander leaves and green chilies and mash it with the masher. Then add salt and oil and mix it well. And our chutney is ready.
