The Indian markets opened in the red, BSE Sensex opened 29,435.81, down 6.82 points and the NSE Nifty 50 started at 9,082.65, down 4.35 points.
ASIAN MARKETS:
Among the Asian Markets, China's Shangai Composite was trading 0.07 percent up from yesterday's while the Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index was in the red, steeping down 29.25 points. Japan's Nikkei was 0.29 percent down.
Stocks also got down in Taiwan & most of Southeast Asia.
Asian stocks were trumbling as investors seemed to book profit ahead of the US Federal Reserve's rate hike policy meet. The meeting outcome will decide the fate of the investors and to the extent of monetary tightening by the US Fed bank for the fiscal year.
