New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is celebrating Diwali with Border Security Force personnel stationed at Longewala in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan on Saturday. He has also addressed this occasion. In his address, he made three requests. He said, 'I will request three things. First, make the habit of innovating something a part of life. Second, my request is very important, make yoga a part of life in every situation. Thirdly, we all have our mother tongue, but if there is a collective life, then learn another language with the mother tongue, it will infuse new energy. '

He further said, 'Today's India believes in the policy of understanding and persuasion, but if we try to try it, then the answer will be equally fierce. Today the world is knowing this, understanding that this country is not going to compromise its interests even at any cost. This status of India, this stature is due to your power and your might. You have protected the country, that's why India today speaks vigorously on the global forums.' He also said, 'Recently our forces have decided that they will not get more than 100 weapons and equipment from abroad. Today the whole world is troubled by the expansionist forces. Expansionism is, in a way, a mental disorder and reflects eighteenth-century thinking. India is also becoming a strong voice against this thinking.'
He further said, 'India has brave sons and daughters like you. The earth and sky are proud of the sacrifice of the soldiers. History is proud of the valour of the soldiers. Our heroes outweigh the challenge. The eyes of the country are on you, salute the brave men who are protecting the nation. No force of the world can stop or break the security of the country's border. Vigilance is the way to security, only a nation which has the capability to compete. Your might is incomparable. Vigilance is the strength of happiness.' On this auspicious occasion, the Prime Minister also wished the countrymen. In a tweet, he wrote, 'Hearty greetings to all countrymen on Diwali. May this festival bring happiness in the lives of the people and all of them remain healthy and prosperous. '
