Patna: The Lok Janshakti Party on Friday expels former state general secretary Keshav Singh due to anti-party activities. Keshav had recently questioned the party's defeat in the Bihar Assembly elections. He even demanded the resignation of Party President Chirag Paswan. Earlier, Keshav Singh had said, "Chirag Paswan taking moral responsibilities should himself  resign after defeating in Bihar elections."

Recently, the media in-charge of Lok Janshakti Party Krishna Singh informed that Keshav has been removed from the party only after the instruction of Chirag Paswan. He also said, 'Keshav Singh has been expelled from the party for 6 years with immediate effect.' After knowing about this, Keshav retaliated and said, 'Chirag Paswan has deviated from the principles of his father and the party's founding president, the late Ram Vilas Paswan. Junior Paswan is running the party like a private limited company and workers are being ignored.'

He has also claimed, 'After the results of Bihar elections, the party is on the verge of a breakdown and the party will break in January'. LJP dissolved the units and cells of all the districts including all the state committees in the state parliamentary board meeting on Wednesday and said that new committees will be set up within two months.
