How about a delicious rice recipe to satiate your taste buds? Lobster Rice is a sumptuous recipe that you can make anytime with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients:

  •  200 gm lobster
  • 2 tablespoon garlic
  • 2 tablespoon ginger
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1 handful peas
  • 1/2 cup leek
  • salt as required
  • 1 capsicum (green pepper)
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 5 eggs- brown
  • 3 cup rice
  • 2 onion
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 5 sprigs parsley
  • chilli flakes as required

How to make Lobster Rice:

Step 1 Cook the rice and devein the lobster

Before this step, soak the rice in water for about 30 minutes. Now boil the rice or steam them and keep aside for further use. After you steam the rice, clean and devein the lobster. Then take a pan over medium flame and add some butter and chopped onion and garlic along with lobsters and salt. Saute till lobster is cooked.

Step 2 Scramble the eggs

Take some oil in a large pan or wok and add beaten eggs to it. Mix until they scramble and take them out on a plate.

Step 3 Saute the vegetables

Add some more oil in the same pan and saute the garlic until they begin to change colour. Now add all the chopped veggies to it along with salt and saute them for about a minute.

Step 4 Add the rice, combine and serve!

Now add your steamed rice over these vegetables and add the sauces along with the lobster. Let this sit for about 40 seconds and now mix them well until combined. Serve hot, garnished with little lobster chunks and coms spring onion greens.

Tips:

To make it more enticing you can add some mixed herbs to the rice.

You can also add some fresh corunader leaves to make the dish more amazing.
