Salons, spas and parlors have opened in Uttarakhand and other districts including Dehradun since Wednesday. The district administration has extended the lockdown till 31 May. The city's markets will open only from 7 in the morning to 4 in the evening. On Sunday, all establishments except dairy, fruit and vegetable shops and medical stores will remain closed. District Magistrate Dr. Ashish Kumar Srivastava has implemented the new system under lockdown -4.0 on Tuesday from Wednesday. He informed that salons, spas and parlors will also be opened. All the equipment will have to be sanitized after the convenience of a person in these shops. Only a maximum of five people (two staff, three consumers) will be present inside the shop. The restaurant will remain closed, but home delivery will be provided.

Establishments related to all commercial and commercial activities will be able to provide services only from 7 in the morning to 4 in the evening. All central and state government offices, sub-divisions, corporations, banks, etc. will also be opened. Remain, the remaining personnel will work from home. All offices will have only government functions. The movement of public will be completely restricted. If any person has any important work, then he can make correspondence through e-mail, fax or drop box outside the office. The staff should be dispatched in such a way that the crowd does not gather together.

Private offices will also be able to be opened from 7 am to 4 pm with 33% personnel. Private construction works with maps approved by the Development Authority will also be exempt. The DM said that for the wedding ceremony and the last rites, the concerned SDM should be taken from the police station. It has been told that its directions have been given by the Central Government. According to DM, there will be strictness from 4 to 7 in the evening. Traffic will be restricted during this period. In the meantime, if anyone violates the lockdown then action will be taken against him.
