Lucknow: Lockdown has been imposed in Uttar Pradesh amid the growing havoc of the corona epidemic. Lockdown has increased for two days in the state. That is, now Tuesday, Wednesday will also remain lockdown which will remain in force till 7 am on Thursday. The havoc of corona virus is constantly increasing in Uttar Pradesh. That is why the Yogi government in the state had earlier announced a weekend lockdown, but extended it until Monday. That is, there was lockdown from Friday evening to Tuesday morning.

During this lockdown, markets will remain closed, weekly markets will not be set up. However, people in the required area will remain exempt and transport will also continue. Even after all the restrictions, the corona outbreak in UP has not stopped. On an average, more than thirty thousand corona cases are coming up every day in the state. More than 30,000 cases were registered in the past, while 288 deaths were reported. There are currently about three lakh active corona patients in UP.

The big cities of UP are currently facing shortage of oxygen, beds. In Lucknow, Meerut, Kanpur, Varanasi, Noida, Ghaziabad, people are not getting beds, but oxygen is also facing a lot of effort.
