The Jammu and Kashmir Assembly was dissolved in November 2018, the poll panel is bound to hold fresh elections there by May 2019. So, the EC may also hold elections in Jammu and Kashmir along with the 2019 LS polls. However, it all depends on the complex security situation in the state. Itis a probability that the Election Commission may go by conducting  Elections in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, and Sikkim along with the Lok Sabha elections.
