Hyderabad: With the end of the Sankranthi festival holiday, heavy returners will be seen on the road. Long queues of buses and private cars are seen on the streets of Hyderabad.

In Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, sankranthi festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm. Many people living away from home visit their village in Sankranthi. People are returning to their work after the festival holidays.

This time, many people have chosen to travel on their own routes due to the Kovid-19 epidemic. Apart from this, people who had travelled through public routes also went to the village in their own car. In addition to personal routes, people also resorted to special trains and government-run buses to reach home.

The national highway is a group of people coming from Andhra Pradesh to Telangana and from here to Andhra Pradesh. Short four-wheeled long queues along with buses are visible on the highway.

Queues of vehicles were seen at the toll plaza, especially at Chautuppal in Yadavri-Bhuvaneshwar district. The toll plaza leading to Vijayawada is empty. It also appeared in Coral Pahar (Nalgonda), Adanaki-Narkatpalli and Madagulpalli.
