Mumbai: Thane police have issued a lookout notice against former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh in a recovery case. The notice has been issued against Senior IPS Param Bir Singh, who has been in controversy for a long time, in connection with a case in which he is accused of recovering Rs 1.25 crore. Talking to a website recently, Thane Police Commissioner Jai Jeet Singh said, "A lookout circular has been issued against former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh in the recovery case.''
