Louis Tomlinson files for joint custody of son
tyle="text-align:justify">One Direction star Louis Tomlinson has filed for joint custody of his son Freddie Reign with former girlfriend Briana Jungwirth. Tomlinson, 24, filed for joint custody of his son after Briana's inconsistency in giving him access to Freddie, reported Femalefirst.
The singer was allowed to see his son for several hours at a time with no overnight visits, according to the pair's current legal arrangement, but he wants to have more access to the five-month-old toddler.
Tomlinson became a father in January after Briana gave birth to their son Freddie Reign. The singer asked that the pair get equal time with their son, who currently lives with Briana in a rented USD 1 million home in Calabasas, paid for by Tomlinson.
He currently provides Briana with USD 15,000 a month but this figure could change when their case goes in the court.
