Lucknow: Due to lack of copy of the order of Allahabad High Court, the lawyers and lawyers of Gyanvapi Mosque had to face the loss in the lower court, the copy of that order has been revealed. This copy will be presented in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Fast Track Court of Varanasi on March 18 and the mosque will demand to stop the hearing of the case immediately.

A Civil Miscellaneous Petition was filed in Allahabad High Court on behalf of Gyanvapi Mosque. On this, on February 26, the High Court issued an order, on the basis of which it was being claimed that now the case cannot be heard in the Lower Court.

Due to the non-uploading of the order and due to non-production of the copy of the order in the court of fast track court, due date was kept on 3 March and then on 6 March. Now since the copy of the order of the Allahabad High Court has come to the respondent Masjid Paksha, the lawyer of the mosque will present it in the fast track court on March 18 and demand the case be stopped in the lower court.
