New Delhi: The Lieutenant Governor (LG) of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha has added to the new members of the Waqf Board, saying that the board should build schools, colleges, industrial training institutes and hospitals to serve the 1.25 crore people of the Union Territory.
