Lucknow: A Class 9 student studying in the Gomti Extension branch of City Montessori School, Lucknow, tried to commit suicide by jumping in front of a train last Wednesday. It is being told that he collided with the mesh in front of the engine and fell out and due to this he got serious injuries on his head and legs. He was admitted to the command hospital. Along with this, an apology letter has also been received from the student and in this, he has written in English, 'Ma'am, I am a student of class nine. I apologize for whatever mistake I made. What I did was very wrong. Ma'am, I promise never to repeat this.'
The family members have not lodged any FIR in this matter. Parents, teachers and the principal had reached on getting information about the matter. Manager Jagdish Gandhi also reached the hospital and consoled the family members. Till now, in this whole matter, the school administration has not clarified which mistake the student has mentioned. Today i.e. on Thursday, the school administration is going to investigate from its own level. ADCP S Ali Abbas told that the family members have not accused anyone. A four-line apology has been received.
