Lucknow: The KGMU of Lucknow has issued a medical bulletin on Friday regarding the health of the victim and her lawyer who were seriously injured in a truck-truck accident on their way to Rae Bareli. It is reported that both are in critical but stable condition. At the same time, the treatment of the rape victim is still going on on the ventilator itself.

It may be mentioned that the victim and her lawyer Mahendra Singh, who were injured in the road accident, are undergoing treatment at the Trauma Centre at King George Medical University in Lucknow.

Supreme Court, while hearing the Unnao rape case on Friday, has ordered the victim's uncle to shift from Rae Bareli jail to Tihar jail. The victim had sought a jail shift yesterday. Though the victim's mother informed the apex court that she wanted her daughter to continue treatment at King George Medical College in Lucknow and did not want to shift to Delhi for treatment, the Supreme Court did not order the transfer of the victim for treatment.
