Ludhiana: The College of Fisheries of Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (Gadwasu) in Ludhiana, Punjab has developed protein-rich fish biscuits ragi and an oats to increase immunity. The nutrients found in it increase immunity and help in preventing many diseases. Fish is considered extremely beneficial for health. The nutrients found in it help protect the body from many diseases.

The fish biscuits have been made by Dr Ajit Singh, a scientist at the College of Fisheries at Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (Gadwasu). These biscuits are much more expensive than common biscuits, but they will be effective in working like medicine.  He says this is a good way to increase immunity during the corona period. Dr Ajit Singh claims that this fish biscuit will be extremely effective in increasing the ability to fight diseases. At the same time, he explained that common biscuits available in the market contain carbohydraterich. They are also low in fiber and protein. Protein is only about 5 percent. Fiber is 1 per cent, so normal biscuits are not healthy options and do not meet nutrition deficiencies.

Fish biscuits prepared from carp fish meat are rich in protein and fiber. A biscuit has been prepared with ragi and oats. Fish has been used as protein isolite powder. Fish processing was vibrated so that it did not smell. It has vanilla flavour ed. Ragi has been added to fiber. At the same time, oats also have many of its advantages.
