Actor-producer Bandla Ganesh withdrew his independent nomination. Bandla Ganesh has been in the news ever since the Prakash Raj panel announced its team for the MAA elections 2021. Due to differences, he came out of the panel and to everyone's surprise had announced his independent nomination for the post of General Secretary.

So far he has written a letter to the election office of the association. In the letter, he mentioned that he is withdrawing his nomination for the post of General Secretary, requesting the authorities to cancel his nomination as he was no longer interested in the election, sorry for the inconvenience caused.

He took to his Twitter to announce the same writing, "As per the suggestion of my well-wishers, I am withdrawing my nomination from the post of General Secretary. Note, a few days back, he had expressed hope of winning the post of General Secretary. One By a huge margin. The MAA elections will be held on October 10, 2021 at Jubilee Hills Public School, Hyderabad.
