Dehradun: Urban Development Minister and Official Spokesman of Uttarakhand Government Madan Kaushik has expressed his displeasure at not meeting the secretaries of the departments. Meanwhile, he left the meeting in the middle and left. Kaushik called a meeting to review the construction works of Haridwar Kumbh. Secretaries of the departments of irrigation, energy, urban development, and other departments were called in it. But only Shailesh Bagoli, Secretary, Urban Development Department and RK Sudhanshu, Secretary, reached the meeting.

Due to the absence of secretaries, Kaushik was furious and left the meeting midway. After that, he did not allow his displeasure to be expressed in front of the media. He said in his statement that the secretary did not come due to non-receipt of information on time. There will be a meeting again, in which all the secretaries will be present. In this way, he finished the matter and left it there.

Corona-positive woman admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rishikesh, died on Wednesday morning. According to the AIIMS administration, the woman was suffering from high blood pressure and thyroid problems. On 19 July, she was admitted to AIIMS. After investigation, the woman's report came back positive. She was kept on a ventilator in critical condition. This 47-year-old woman is a resident of Shivaji Nagar Rishikesh. To curb the infection, the first to come from outside was strictly strict but now the administration has become strict on those going out of the district.
