Kia Motors India, the world's leading automobile manufacturer, has today started pre-launch bookings for its upcoming subcompact SUV Sonet. If you want to book this car, then you can book it for an initial amount of just Rs 25,000. Let me tell you, the special thing about Kia Sonnet is that this car will be made in the country itself. It is currently being constructed in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.

According to the report, the finished sonnet in India will be exported to more than 70 countries around the world. Kia promises that the car will be launched with the same build quality everywhere. On the other hand, Sonnet is being manufactured exclusively in India and Indian customers will get the opportunity to try this car first hand in comparison to other countries like the market including Middle East and Africa, Latin America and Asia.

Kia will introduce its upcoming sub compact SUV in the same GT and Tech line as the Celtos. Along with this, four engine options and five gearbox options will be given in this car. Whose petrol variant will get a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated engine. Which will be able to generate 83PS power and torque of 115Nm. Apart from this, an option of 1.0 liter turbo motor will also be given. Which is capable of generating 120PS power and torque of 172Nm. The diesel model of Kia Sonet will be given a 1.5-liter engine. Which is designed to give less and more power.
