Angered by this, Sunil Ausari rushed to the police station with the injured hen and lodged a complaint against Mukesh. Police have reportedly registered a case against Mukesh on Sunil's complaint at Maheshwar police station. The police have also conducted an inquiry into the hen. Dr. Lokendra Singh of the veterinary department reportedly conducted a medical examination of the hen.
After examining the hen in the case, the doctor said, 'The hen suffered a fracture in his right leg due to stone-pelting.' After learning this, Deputy Inspector of Police Station Praveen Nikumbh said, "He will submit the medical report of the hen to the court.'' On the other hand, Khargone Additional SP Dr. Neeraj Chaurasia said, "Sunil's chickens went to Mukesh's farm nearby in Kakaria under Maheshwar police station. MLC (Medical Examination) of the hen has been conducted and a notice has been issued to the accused concerned.''
