Bhopal: In Madhya Pradesh, the situation is now out of control due to rain and floods. In fact, as per the recent information received, 1,171 villages in the State are currently reeling under floods. The work of transporting people to safer places is being carried out continuously. Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra was also reportedly stranded in a flood-affected village in Datia district. In this case, the Air Force reached to evacuate them and airlifted them out safely. Let us also tell you that Home Minister Narottam Mishra had reached Datia to help the flood victims.

As per the information received, the stranded people are currently being evacuated to safer places with the help of the Air Force. At the same time, an Indian Air Force helicopter has rescued seven people trapped on the roof of a temple near Sondha in Datia district due to the rise of river Sindh. According to information received, the Air Force has evacuated 46 people safely till around 11.30 pm last night. On the other hand, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan himself is in active mode to deal with the flood situation in the state. He was seen conducting an aerial survey of the flood-affected areas last Wednesday. He also took stock of two bridges that collapsed after heavy rains on Datia-Gwalior Road.

CM then said that "army troops are working in the four worst flood-affected districts in a row. The water level in the Chambal river is continuously rising. Army has been called in to help Bhind and Morena districts. About 5,000 people have been rescued and evacuated so far.''
