When the victim flatly refused to withdraw the case, the accused, seeing the opportunity, gang-raped the victim at knifepoint with his friend. Not only this, along with the gang rape, the accused also made a video of her. Now the accused is pressurising the victim to withdraw the case by threatening to make the video viral. Now the rape victim has again complained about it, on the basis of which the police have again started investigating the case.
In fact, the entire case is of the Patan police station area of Jabalpur, where the accused of raping the victim gang-raped again. It is alleged that he, along with one of his friends, gang-raped her in the victim's house this time. As soon as the police officials came to know about the incident, they immediately started searching for the accused. According to Patan police station in-charge Asif Iqbal, a young woman has lodged an FIR alleging that she was raped by the accused Vivek Patel in 2019. A case was then registered against him and Vivek was sent to jail. Some time ago, when Vivek came out of jail, he started pressurising and threatening the victim to withdraw the case. When the victim did not withdraw the case, the accused along with his friend reached her house and gang-raped her.
From this incident, it became clear that the accused has neither fear of the law nor does he have any regrets for what he has done. Police are currently on the lookout for the accused Vivek Patel and his friend. For this, several teams are conducting raids at the respective locations of the accused. But, so far, the police have not found any trace of the accused.
