According to sources, Ramdev Das Tyagi aka Computer Baba had illegally captured three acres of land out of 46 acres of land and built a house in Indore at Jamburi Hapsi. The Revenue Department investigated it earlier when the case was hot. After its disclosure, in the morning, on the orders of DM Manish Singh, the administration team reached the occasion and the execution of the capture was carried out.

SDM Rajesh Rathore and Shashwat Sharma informed that the house was built after occupying three acres of land. For any kind of protest, the administration had already made a strong arrangement and the police of Gandhi Nagar police station with the revenue staff were present on the spot in large numbers. Congress leader Digvijay Singh condemned the administration's action, saying, 'Computer Baba's ashram and temple are being broken in Indore without any notice due to the vendetta. This is the climax of political vendetta. I condemn it. '
