The Bhind court has sentenced the accused of raping a friend's minor daughter to 10 years imprisonment, a fine of Rs 15,000. ADPO Amol Tomar has said that on the intervening night of 24-25 June 2017, the minor went out for defecation at around 12 pm. Meanwhile, a black glass carriage arrived. When the glass of the car opened, the accused Ramu alias Vikas Dubey, 30 son Rama Mahesh Dubey, resident of Lahar Road Durga Nagar police station was sitting in the countryside.

Ramu was called a minor uncle. Even after this, Ramu forced the victim into a car and took her to a deserted place and raped her. Ramu threatened the victim that uncle if told to anyone, would kill the parents. Ramu brought the minor home after sitting in the car. There he was pushed by the car at the door and thrown away. During this time the mother-uncle of the victim stood up. On June 26, 2017, the victim went to the police station and filed a case against the accused Ramu Dubey. During the hearing, the court sentenced the accused Ramu Dubey to 10 years imprisonment, a fine of Rs 15,000.
