Bhopal: Two people have been accused of abducting the mother of two children first and then raping her in a moving car. The incident took place on the outskirts of Bhopal on 25 January. The accused woman was held hostage for 12 hours. The woman was threatened to death, so the victim reached the police after about 24 hours to file a complaint.
According to the police, the woman lives in the Karond area of Bhopal. When she was kidnapped, she was going to JK Hospital in Coral by auto. One of the accused has been identified as Javed Khan. The identity of the second accused is yet to be identified. Javed told the woman on the phone that if he gets off the auto, he will take her to the hospital. Javed reached there and took the woman to Raisen to take the woman to the hospital. His friend was also present with Javed.
It is alleged that on the way to Raisen, both the accused got drunk and then raped the woman. According to police, the woman was held hostage for 12 hours and then released at the same place from where she was picked up. The woman somehow reached home but could not immediately show the courage to complain to the police. It took 24 hours for the woman to file a police complaint. Police have registered a case of kidnapping and gang rape against both the accused.
