Inter-party in Madhya Pradesh BJP, high command seeks report from state leadership

Bhopal: In Madhya Pradesh, the party's high command is deeply displeased with the role of top leaders of the state over the congress vote by BJP MLA Narayan Tripathi and Sharad Kohl. Since winning all 28 seats in the Lok Sabha elections, these leaders have neither taken note of the organisation nor tried to address the displeasure of the MLAs. It also did not take into account what is going on in the State.

That was the reason why the Congress succeeded in breaking up two MLAs. After the incident, the party is likely to take a decision on changing the role of state veterans. The party's top leadership also wants to keep the key to the damage control in its hands to maintain confidence among the MLAs. With this strategy, the party's veteran leaders are likely to reach Bhopal for the August 1 meeting.

According to sources, everything has not been going well in the M.P.BJP for quite some time now. Earlier, the BJP lost the assembly elections and now the two MLAs in the Assembly have gone with the Congress and the differences between the top leaders have come to light. The party's top leadership has directly blamed the organisation and top leaders for the displeasure of the MLAs. The functioning of these leaders has also upset the party leadership. Now the party's national president Amit Shah has sought a report on the inaction of the organisation, factionalism and the role of top leaders.
