"I congratulate all our employees for their dedication, hard work, and positive attitude, which have set them apart among employees nationwide. It is the state government's responsibility to support them. The 46% Dearness Allowance was approved and has been effective since July 1, 2023, with arrears provided in installments. Starting January 1, 2024, the Dearness Allowance for all state government employees will increase to 50%," the CM added.

In addition, Yadav emphasized that the timing of the announcement, which coincides with the foundation day of Madhya Pradesh on November 1, doubles the celebration.
