In fact, the alleged inquiry committee report in the case has found the allegations to be true and the officer has been suspended for this. Let me tell all of you that administrative sources say that Dr Bhupendra Singh, who is posted in the cooperative department in the district, has been suspended last Tuesday. In fact, the Dr is accused of negligence in the Ghoghra reservoir case of Nasrullahganj under Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan's assembly constituency Budhni.

According to reports, the Dr had committed several negligence and irregularities in the matter and due to this, their complaint was lodged with the senior officers. However, none of the officials paid heed. The matter had finally reached the Chief Minister and now sources close to the matter say that the officer has been suspended. The matter pertains to the Committee of reservoirs. In fact, there was to be an election of the Committee in which elections were being conducted by the Dr without notice to the Scheduled Tribes. In such a situation, due to non-receipt of information, the tribals wanted the elections to be postponed and held later or they got the information, then elections should be held.

Due to this, the tribals of the area also requested the district authorities in this regard, but no officer heard. On the other hand, senior officials of Bhopal also asked the Dr to act in the interest of tribals and he ignored it also. It is also said that Dr Bhupendra Singh had also given a reverse reply to an officer after which senior officials were said to be very angry. The inquiry report in the case also proved all the allegations against the Dr and due to this, Dr Bhupendra Singh was suspended.
