MP: Education Department again changes guidelines, says, 'Attendance of students is not mandatory'

Bhopal: The Education Department of Madhya Pradesh has revamped its guidelines regarding the reopening of schools and attendance of students. In this regard, the Department of Education says, 'Students are not obliged to come to school. Not only this but the presence of children in schools will depend on the consent of their parents.' In Madhya Pradesh, the Education Department has given orders for the students of 10th and 12th classes to run the school regularly from December 18. The education department has started preparations since the arrival of this order.

The classes of 10th and 12th will be conducted regularly from tomorrow. The changes that have been made now, it has been said that the presence of students in schools will not be mandatory. Their arrival at school will depend on the consent of the parents. If the parent agrees once, it will be valid for the entire session.

After the order to open the school regularly, the school operators gave an ultimatum to perform on Wednesday, however, the Education Department has reversed its decision on Tuesday. Hostels and residential schools have not been allowed to open in Madhya Pradesh. Simultaneously, mass activities like prayer and sports in schools have been asked to be completely banned.
