Bhopal: The torrential rains that have been going on for the past few days in Madhya Pradesh is increasing the problems of the people. The outbreak of rains and floods has created an atmosphere of fear not only among the people but also the administration, which has been constantly alerting the people. Since the alert issued by the Meteorological Department, the administration has been urging people to stay indoors and keep a distance from river drains.

In Madhya Pradesh, rain has caused waterlogging in Damoh, Chattarpur, Neemuch, Orchha, Tikamgarh, Bhopal, Raisen and many other districts, causing a lot of inconvenience to the people. Several parts of the state including capital Bhopal have been experiencing intermittent rain since Monday morning and the temperature has also dropped due to strong winds.

In Uttar Pradesh, continuous rain in the past seven days has completely changed the mood of the weather. In view of the influx of water in the big lake of Bhopal, two gates of the Kaliyasot Dam had to be opened, after which the movement of people in the area has been completely stopped. People have been warned not to move around the dam.
