Indore: Recently, after the death of a girl in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, due to Chinese manjha, it is now being strictly enforced. Action was taken to demolish some shops and houses in Ujjain, because Chinese Manjha was being sold from here. The Home Minister of Madhya Pradesh has also warned in this regard that if anyone is found selling Chinese Manjha in Madhya Pradesh, then action will be taken against him like Ujjain.

It is worth noting that in the past, a heart-wrenching incident took place in Ujjain. The Chinese manjha got entangled in the neck of the girl going from Activa. Due to this the girl died a painful death. In this case, not only Ujjain but the entire state had raised questions for those responsible that if Chinese Manjha is banned in Agra, then how is it reaching the people. After the incident, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan had also tweeted and instructed for strict action against those selling Chinese manjha.

Thereafter, the Ujjain police-administration started extracting records of shops from where Chinese Manjha was being sold. On Sunday, the police and municipal team broke the encroachment of the house of Abdul Wahab, a shopkeeper selling Chinese manjha. After Wahab, who sells kites in wholesale and Kherchi in the name of Chulbul Kite Centre, encroachments of those persons and illegal parts of houses will be broken from where the police had recovered Chinese manjha in the past. Police say that action will be taken against all those from where Chinese manjha has been recovered.
