Madhya Pradesh jawan posted on Assam border mourns suicide

Narsinghpur: Nitesh Dubey, a jawan from Narsinghpur district of Madhya Pradesh, who was posted on the Assam border, was shot dead on Monday-Tuesday night. Nitesh Dubey, a resident of village Karpgaon, adjacent to Kareli Vikas Khand, joined the army about six years ago. When news of his suicide reached home, the entire village was in a state of grief. The mortal remains of the soldier are expected to arrive by Wednesday morning.

In connection with Nitesh's death, his family says he was informed by Nitesh's associates at about 10 a.m. on Monday morning that he had shot himself and committed suicide. After which the informants could not be contacted, Nitesh's senior officer is being contacted. The deceased soldier's cousin Vineet Dubey shared new facts about the incident and said Nitesh Guhavati was posted on the border with Tezpur.

Vineet Dubey has said that Nitesh does not commit suicide under any circumstances. Of course, the incident is something else. The family is in a bad state of weeping since yesterday. The Army has said that Nitesh's body has been post-mortemed and the mortal remains of the soldier are now being transported to his village.
