Ratlam: During the deluge in Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh, pictures of rescuing other people trapped in the flooding in their village have been exposed, putting their lives at risk amid their devastation. In such a situation, the youth and women of the village jointly prepared a self made boat with the help of two plastic drums. This boat could save only a few people. The villagers could not go far in the deep water, then the villagers took ropes from their houses, took ropes from their houses and built wooden rafters.
