Bhopal: In the Shivraj government of Madhya Pradesh, Home Minister Narottam Mishra has responded to the allegations of not lobbying on behalf of the Congress for OBC reservation. He said that Congress has been doing politics with the backward classes and Dalits since the beginning. These people wanted to cheat the backward classes for power, so they did not advocate themselves.

Mishra, while replying to the Congress about OBC reservation, also got angry with the former Digvijay government of Madhya Pradesh. He said that if the Congress was supportive of providing 27 percent reservation, then why they didn't support this cause? He said that reservation was banned in the Congress government itself. If Congress wanted it.

Narottam Mishra further said that Congress does not want the reservation to eradicate. He said that why has the Congress not made anyone from the OBC community as the Chief Minister till date? Is Arun Yadav not OBC? Targeting the Congress, Mishra said that we have a whole series of OBC Chief Ministers here. Be it Uma Bharti, Babulal Gaur or Shivraj Singh Chauhan. He said that the Congress does not do what it says. That is why Congress should stop shedding crocodile tears because the OBC people have understood the political agenda of the Congress.
