Gwalior: A strong stand has now been taken in the case of assault on the parents of the rape victim in Gwalior. In fact, in this case, it is alleged that the family members of the victim have been tortured by the policemen at the behest of the accused's grandfather Ganga Singh Bhadauria. On the other hand, the High Court has asked for registration of a case against TI Ajay Pawar, SI Kirti Upadhyay of Murar police station. At the same time, an inquiry has been ordered into the case terming the role of ASP city Suman Gurjar, CMSP Murar RN Pachauri, TI Sirol per Bhargava as suspicious.

Let us tell you that the court has directed to transfer all of them out of Chambal so that the policemen could not interfere in the investigation. In the order, the court also said, "The police are not trustworthy. The court also said, the police officers continued to work at the behest of the grandfather of the accused. A CBI inquiry should be conducted in the case. Phone calls from the grandfather of the accused and police officials should also be checked".

Let us tell you that a girl had complained at Murar police station that she was 15 years old and used to clean the house of Ganga Singh Bhadauria, a resident of CP Colony. In fact, the victim was hired on December 20, 2020 and lived on the ground floor of the house. On the night of January 31, Ganga Singh's granddaughter Aditya Bhadauria and a friend rushed to the victim's room and raped her. After all this, the duo threatened the victim and fled from there.

The victim then approached the helpline CM in fear. But murar police then brought him to the police station and police registered a case of rape against Aditya's friend. But as soon as Aditya's grandfather came to know about the case, he reached the police station and then the police started harassing the victim. In the case, the victim said, "She was beaten with a broom and a stick overnight in the police station. Not only that, but the police also took her parents hostage and beat them up. In the case, the victim has accused TI Murar Ajay Pawar and sub inspector Kirti Upadhyay of harassing them".
