Bhopal: After the incidents of stone-pelting on the rallies of Ram devotees who have been dedicating for the Ram temple in Ayodhya in Madhya Pradesh, now Shivraj Singh's government has become strict. The government is now going to enact a strong law against the stone-pelters. For this, the laws of Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Karnataka are being studied.

State CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan has said that this is an extraordinary event and an extraordinary law is being enacted to curb it. In this law, the loss will be compensated by the stone-pelters. Property of anyone who does not pay will be confiscated. The Shivraj government is preparing to bring a law in this regard in the coming assembly session. Home Minister Narottam Mishra has also said that the government is preparing for this law and soon the stones will be taught a lot of lessons. But the opposition Congress has objected to the proposal of this law.

Congress leader and former minister PC Sharma said that there are already many laws in the state to deal with this. There is no need for this new law. But even after all this, the government is adamant on bringing such a strict law. Earlier, the Shivraj government has brought a law against Love Jihad, which is being discussed in the country.
