BHOPAL: The monsoon has already hit Kerala and is moving at a normal pace. It is expected to reach Bhopal on June 15. Earlier, a warning has been issued in 11 districts of Madhya Pradesh against thunderstorm squalls and rain. Apart from this, the heat wave has been predicted in 4 districts.  

As per the information provided by the Meteorological Centre Bhopal, an alert of thunderstorms and rain has been issued in Harda, Burhanpur, Khandwa, Khargone, Barwani, Dhar, Indore, Ujjain, Dewas, Shajapur and Agar Malwa districts. This situation will continue till June 5, 2022. The Met department has requested the citizens to conduct their activities keeping in mind the weather.  

According to the Bhopal centre of the India Meteorological Department, a heat wave is expected to prevail over the Guna, Gwalior, Datia and Chhatarpur districts of Madhya Pradesh. A yellow alert has been issued by the Meteorological Department in this regard. The department has appealed to the people to stay in their homes if they do not have the necessary work. Think of the weather before going out and if you have to go out, then make arrangements to avoid the heat.
